Founded in 2005, Rouxbe has transitioned from a pioneering consumer culinary school into a robust workforce-readiness platform. While maintaining an active B2C model, Rouxbe has executed a strategic pivot toward B2B industry partnerships, registered apprenticeships, and government contracting. Rouxbe provides Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hybrid training solutions that combine high-definition digital instruction with hands-on, on-ground skill validation.

As a U.S. Department of Labor National Group Apprenticeship Sponsor, Rouxbe offers turnkey apprenticeship standards and custom programming across technical sectors. Its military and public-sector initiatives serve key agencies—including the Department of Defense, Military Sealift Command, Alaska Marine Highway System, and DoDEA—supporting service member transitions and fleet readiness. In commercial markets, Rouxbe equips global hospitality groups, healthcare systems, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs with standardized back-of-house training.
