Description

Objective:

To introduce the students to financial management principles, tools, and techniques consistent with the decisions required of finance professionals, enabling them to understand new financial instruments and transactions. In addition, students are introduced to the reasons for increased focus on shareholder wealth maximization and cash flow management, international aspects of financial management, and fundamentals of corporate restructuring.
