Objective:

The course objective is to introduce major topics in psychology to include research and methods; culture; the brain; neurobiology; sensation and perception; learning; memory; thinking; intelligence; language; emotion and motivation; social psychology; developmental psychology; consciousness; personality; abnormal psychology and treatments; and happiness and well-being; as well as special topics in moral psychology, humor, and criminal psychology.
