Outlier by Savvas makes it easy to expand college opportunities with a diverse catalog of turnkey online courses that students love and educators trust. Outlier students can earn credit and/or transfer credit through a flexible online learning program that adapts to staffing, scheduling, and enrollment needs.

Outlier courses have been developed with rigorous academic review to give every student a strong foundation in each subject. They combine cinematic lectures from experts in the field with interactive learning to create a learning experience that students enjoy and succeed in. Every Outlier course has received a credit recommendation from American Council on Education reviewers; full details for each course are linked below.

Savvas Learning Company is built upon more than 120 years of innovation and leadership in K–12 education, with pioneering brands such as Scott Foresman, Prentice Hall, and Pearson in our history. Formerly known as Pearson K12 Learning, Savvas became a fully independent limited liability company in spring 2019 and acquired the Outlier course catalog in early 2024.
