Description

Objective:

The course objective is to facilitate the reduction in fire and emergency medical service responder, patient, and bystander injuries and deaths through leadership analysis and practices of risk reduction and process improvement.

Learning Outcomes:

  • assess the effects of human dynamics on the exercise of leadership and sustaining a culture of safety in fire and EMS organizations
