Description

Objective:

The course objective is to improve the capabilities of emergency management exercise personnel in exercise program management and in every phase of the overall exercise process. Through the improvement of the knowledge, skills, and abilities, both the quantity and quality of exercises conducted at the local, tribal, state, and Federal levels of government can be improved.

  • Participate in discussion related to logistics during exercise conduct
  • Develop strategies to effectively evaluate conduct capabilities
  • Using tact and diplomacy methods, develop improved techniques for the After Action Report (AAR).Introduce the National Cyber Exercise Program
  • Present research findings
  • Provide a high-level summary of the material presented in the E133: Conduct, Exercise Evaluation, and Improvement Planning Course
  • Explain the requirements for E0133 Take Home Assignments
