Description

Objective:

The course objective is to develop the ability to use the balance formula which is perspective, resonant choice, co-active strategy, and action; and develop the ability to identify limiting beliefs and change the belief or perspective to create the conditions for conscious choosing and action.

Learning Outcomes:

  • use the balance formula effectively to move client to action
  • discover resonance and possibility in all areas of the client's life
  • apply coaching structures that support action based on clear commitment
  • distinguish between a neutral topic for coaching and the emotional perspective which is blocking progress
  • brainstorm actions and ways of being which will support the client's progress

General Topics:

  • Creating a learning environment which encourages experimentation and learning by doing
  • Practicing each element of the balance formula for a deeper understanding and ability of how to use it
  • Focusing on identifying the topic for coaching
  • Identifying the initial limiting perspective
  • Learning how to use the body or geography in coaching
  • Creating a Co-Active strategy from a powerful perspective-this is an action plan
  • Creating a Co-Active strategy which includes both the being of the client and specific actions to make change comprehensive, compelling and sustainable
  • Practicing exercises to connect participants to creativity in brainstorming
