Objective:

The course objective is to interpret similarities and differences between tactics and strategy; provide perspective and insight necessary to assess and respond to complex situations of uncertainty; classify leadership characteristics and attributes; explore ideas that communicate and connect with your audience; and identify ways to positively engage people, teams, and organizations.
