Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide an intensive review of the subject matter tested on the Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) examination. This course provides a summary review of the nine knowledge areas and five process groups covered in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). The program is specifically designed to maximize the probability that the student will solidify the concepts to succeed in passing the PMP examination the first time.
