  • Identify anatomical terms, pose names, and the five foundation sequences
  • Demonstrate an understanding of yoga terminology and poses through teaching classes
  • Analyze class sequences, modifications and adjustments, and structures
  • Evaluate themselves, peers, and professional teachers and provide feedback
  • Prepare and teach a custom sequence/custom class
  • Present a mini-lecture of applied anatomy
