Description

Objective:

To provide students with knowledge of the steps involved in forming a contract with commercial vendors, from purchase planning through contract award.

  • Describe contract administration, dispute resolution, market research, prequalification, solicitation, proposal development, compliance monitoring, and contract termination in a commercial purchasing environment
  • Define purchasing from commercial vendors
