Description

Objective:

To provide knowledge of the changing environment of purchasing, techniques to analyze corporate strategies, and techniques to examine traditional purchasing approaches. To provide students with strategic purchasing concepts applicable in purchasing actions throughout the USPS.

Learning Outcomes:

  • And display an understanding of the total supply management process. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to formulate purchasing policies and procedures that contribute to reaching the USPS objectives
