Description

Objective:

The course objective is to allow the student to analyze the legal risks for their organization and individuals in safety, health and loss prevention. Student learners will understand the process and the importance of compliance programs that maintain an organization free from legal liability under the various work place laws.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the safety challenges, legal requirements and liability issues for a multi-employer construction or remodeling site
