Description

Objective:

To apprise graduate students of the environmental, health, and safety laws and issues pertaining to environmental law, as well as the stipulations of these laws and regulations, their provisions, and their obligations.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Comprehend the key philosophical issues surrounding the environmental law system and its associated compliance requirement concepts
  • (2) Describe the use of administrative and civil actions, criminal penalties, enforcement agencies, and the applications of ISO 14000
