Description

Objective:

The course objective is to focus on developing and enhancing the competencies necessary for the Lead Transportation Security Officer (LTSO) position. This course is one of three courses that are part of the Essentials curriculum designed to prepare TSA's frontline leadership team members (depending on their specific roles) to meet the organization's operational needs and expectations as their level of responsibility increases.
