Description

## Objective:

The course objective is to master precalculus concepts through three approaches: geometric, numerical and algebraic. Those concepts will be applied to practical problems and prepare students for success with calculus.

## Learning Outcomes:

• Solve and graph equations with exponential functions and logarithms
• Graph 1- and 2- variable inequalities and absolute value inequalities
• Solve linear equations with one and two variables
• Evaluate and graph piecewise functions
• Solve visualizing geometry problems
• And use the double angle formula
• Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to determine the domain and range of functions
• Evaluate compound inequalities and systems of inequalities
• Solve problems with the Pythagorean theorem
