The course objective is to introduce students to the major functions of management and to explain how companies use management to set and accomplish goals through individuals, groups, and other types of resources. Students will have an opportunity to explore other topics including decision making, employee development, organizational structures, conflict resolution, information security, and globalization.

  • explain elements of strategic planning and conduct a SWOT analysis applying strategic decision making
