Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with a foundation of knowledge to key IT concepts for business such as hardware, software, databases, and networks and acquaint them with the careers and skills that IT professionals need.

  • Provide basic support on various types of computing devices
  • After completing this course, students will be able to explain software, hardware, networks and other IT in context of history and business, safely setting up a basic workstation, identify and prevent basic security risks
