Objective:

To develop the skills of food service workers and enable them to perform the duties of assistant cook with special emphasis on food production.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Prepare salads, pasta and rice, vegetables, breakfast, and night luncheons in a ship galley and maintain the galley in a sanitary manner
