Objective:

The course objective is to explore the art of the dynamic Renaissance era through the diverse realms of contemporary art shaped by the technologies of our present day. Spanning several centuries, this global art history course provides a panoramic view of artistic transformations and the socio-cultural shifts that have shaped them. This course guides students through key artistic movements and figures, the influence of socio-political changes on art production and reception, and the significant contributions of diverse artists throughout history.
