Description

Objective:

This examination is a multiple-choice exam designed to evaluate whether candidates possess the knowledge and understanding that would be gained by taking a lower-division college course in Business Ethics and Society. Content specifications for the exam were developed and approved by a panel of subject matter experts, all U.S. accredited college faculty members who are teaching or have taught a like course within the prior 3 years.

Skills Measured:

The skills measured include the importance of business ethics (7 percent); moral philosophies and business ethics (12 percent); corporations and stakeholders (12 percent); social responsibilities of a business (10 percent); regulation of business (8 percent); employer-employee relations (25 percent); ethics of information and information technology (12 percent); and business ethics in a global economy (14 percent).
