Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with knowledge, tools, techniques, and best practices to successfully plan and manage small, low-risk projects from initiation to final closeout and to meet the goals of the project, organization, and customers while balancing the competing demands of scope, schedule, cost, and risk. this course provides a sound foundation in project management concepts and lays the groundwork for future, advanced studies.
