Description

Objective:

The course objective is to understand the challenges and issues concerning leadership and how to best meet these challenges, including various motivational approaches, barriers to team performance, and managing the stages of team development to best resolve conflicts, manage agreement, and enhance the effectiveness of communications.

Learning Outcomes:
