Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide the information necessary to create a proactive requirements identification, analysis, and management environment to reduce requirements-driven causes of project failure.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Prepare an elicitation plan tailored to the project environment and the development life cycle
  • Create a high-level model of project scope using a use case diagram
  • Create models of stakeholder requirements using use cases and user stories
  • Describe the responsibilities of the business analyst and the major deliverables in the business systems requirements analysis process

  • Derive and write solution requirements from use cases
