Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with knowledge, tools, techniques, and best practices to successfully initiate and plan information technology and software development projects. Students also discover way to ways to modify and adapt project management methods and techniques for IT projects, examine the constraints associated with managing an IT project from public and private sector perspectives, and learn terminology for acquisition and procurement processes as they apply to each sector.
