Description

Objective:

This course is designed teach participants a framework and process for implementing and managing organizational change. Students learn the role of manager as negotiator, intermediary, and problem-solver. The course is designed to provide participants with opportunities to apply their knowledge and skills to aid in the diagnosis of interpersonal and intergroup conflict. Participants also have the opportunity to apply core concepts to a specific problem or opportunity from their own business environment.
