Objective:

The course objective is to enable students to develop and apply holistic solutions to business issues. By examining their roles and positions in an organization through the lens of ESI's Mindset Model, participants learn how to identify organizational vision and high-level strategy. They also identify influences that affect strategy and determine factors that contribute to an organization achieving-or preventing it from achieving- its ideal state. Participants identify goals that need to be reached to show progress toward the vision and determine how the progress should be measured across key business areas. Through self-assessment, participants identify ways in which to enhance their contributions to their organization, as well as their own professional development. Finally, participants learn how to best communicate information, manage conflict and build relationships for maximum impact.
