Description

Objective:

The course objective is to expand the learner's knowledge of Agile project management roles–the Scrum Master, the Agile team, and the Product Owner/Product Manager. The learner will demonstrate their understanding of these roles by outlining the knowledge, key skills, and actions required to be successful within each of these respective roles. The learner will also role-play their functions by demonstrating conflict resolution techniques, performing processes, and justifying decisions in scenarios.

  • Module 2 Objectives · Week 5 o Rank and justify the Agile Development Team roles by importance. o Identify and justify a personal leadership style. o Formulate deliverables utilized by the Agile team. · Week 6 o Determine and apply the Agile voting techniques. o Devise and appraise project items based on story points and t-shirt sizing. o Evaluate and determine professional development goals and recommendations. · Week 7 o Measure the impact of group dynamics. o Speculate and outline solutions to resolve and mitigate group-related issues. o Evaluate and outline the circumstances that cultivate groupthink. · Week 8 o Compose a professional development-related SMART goal. o Identify and justify why accountability is important to a Scrum Team. o Appraise the impact (emotional, organizational, etc.) of organizational change.
