Description

Objective:

To provide students with knowledge, management techniques, tools, and advisory skills required to implement Soldier and Family Assistance Center programs.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Develop staff and manage SFAC programs
  • Analyze target audiences and formulate strategies that align program vision, goals, and objectives with customer needs and current trends
  • Evaluate partnerships, formulate negotiation strategies, and apply effective communication techniques to program management
  • Assess personal and team styles
  • Apply policy, laws and regulations, benchmarks and standards, outcome measures, program assessments, and funding sources that impact SFAC operations to development of effective program delivery strategy
