Description

Objective:

To provide participants with knowledge and skills required to effectively manage Army Community Service (ACS) relocation readiness program in accordance with ACS' accreditation standards.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Identify the purpose, values, vision, goals and objectives to effectively operate ACS relocation program according to ACS accreditation standards
  • Identify, justify and defend financial resources to achieve program goals
  • Assess internal and external military and civilian resources to provide consistency of relocation services, to develop partnerships, and to establish a Relocation Advisory Coordinating Committee (RACC)
  • Evaluate current program results and identify key factors for developing a plan to meet ACS accreditation standards
