Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide basic knowledge and an enduring searchable resource of key areas of responsibility necessary for leading an Army Program. The course focuses on the core competencies of overall business administration, including: financial management; budgeting; acquisition management; management controls; safety and risk insurance; human resources management (appropriated fund employees and non-appropriated fund employees); and marketing.
