Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide seasoned trainers the competencies necessary to identify, address, and support leadership priorities and needs to successfully work as an advisor to the Director as designated by law.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explain the impact of CYS on Army Readiness given Army and IMCOM Vision and Mission statements and according to IMCOM Annual Command guidance
  • Create strategies to build relationships with key CYS stakeholders using provided tools and information in accordance with the process worksheet
  • Design a training strategy (plan of action) as a solution to an identified CYS hot topic in accordance with scenario answer key, Army Higher Headquarters Inspection (AHHI) guidance, and Accreditation guidance
