Description

Objective:

The course objective is to interpret policy to manage a program; identify and develop processes; assemble high performance teams; analyze and interpret information systems reports; perform a gap analysis upon reviewing key result areas; evaluate and synthesize opportunities for program improvement; and develop an action plan to increase customer satisfaction and fulfill unmet needs.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Provide the practical hands-on experience necessary to apply the delivery system process in efficiently providing programs for soldiers and families at the Garrison
  • Assemble and develop successful high performing teams
  • Identify and fill unmet needs in Family and MWR-DS programs using the Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • Implement the Family and MWR Delivery System
  • Analyze and interpret MIS reports
  • Develop a plan to implement the delivery system process to meet their identified needs
