Learning Outcomes: Identify the systems and programs available for use as automation tools Determine which automation tools and functions to use for performing specific job tasks Access the applicable instructions in the Automation Tools Resource Center for retrieving and entering data Input stakeholder feedback and action requests using Quality Management System Information Technology Support (QMITS) Select and retrieve the correct eVID standard reports for specific information Select and use the appropriate queries to search for specific information from the NPTRS and NVIS databases Retrieve detailed airman information from the Multi-System Access Tool Airman (MSAT-A) database Identify the automation tool used by the FAA for certification tracking Track oversight activities using Analysis for FSAS/TAP and Logbook.
