Description

Objective:

The Instructor Orientation Training Course (IOTC) is an unclassified five-day course of instruction that provides instructors with standard teaching methods, fundamental presentation skills, and current training techniques to deliver classroom instruction. Working from short practicums to increasingly longer ones, Instructors will demonstrate comprehension of teaching and learning models with multiple opportunities for feedback and improvement.
