Description

Objective:

PMT 0170 (Risk Management) focuses on tools and processes that can be used to manage risk on a defense system acquisition project.

PMT 3400 (Leadership and Organization) provides an integrated overview of Leadership and Organizational concepts used to organize Integrated Product Team (IPT) to manage an acquisition program, and how interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills apply to leading an IPT in managing an acquisition program.

PMT 3500 (Business Aspects) provides an integrated overview of business knowledge to evaluate the health and viability of companies likely to bid on Government opportunities, determine a company's financial health, and identify how program changes can impact an industry partner and potentially impact program execution.
