Description

Objective:

The course objective is to practice developing solutions to a variety of challenges that Facilities Engineering (FE) professionals encounter within DoD through the use of realistic, scenario-based activities.

Learning Outcomes:

Apply risk management actions and processes for a facilities engineering project
Analyze project issues and formulate alternative resolutions
Assess the adequacy of selected portions of a project management plan in support of construction projects
Prepare requirements documents for congressional approval, in accordance with DoD policies and procedures
Determine the cost risk associated with fulfilling the requirement for a project
Create a detailed integrated master schedule
