Description

Objective:

The course objective is to introduce students to challenging and dynamic supervision and managerial functions. Students will demonstrate effective front line manager skills that are critical to an organization's success. Students will learn the skills necessary to run effective meetings, hold performance reviews that inspire, navigate difficult situations with confidence, and motivate team members to increase productivity.
