Description

Objective:

The course objective is to build greater self-confidence in formal and informal settings; refine people skills; enhance communication skills; build effective leadership skills; and reduce stress and improve attitude for speaking and dealing with others from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Learning Outcomes:
