Objective:

The course objective is to maximize talent, skills, and human potential; enhance visionary leadership communication throughout the organization; clarify and strengthen leadership style to make solid, ethical decisions resulting in measurable results and quality improvements; foster and implement strategic planning and succession planning to move the organization forward; and inspire and motivate individuals and teams to increase engagement resulting in high-impact innovation.
