CTI's Co-Active Leadership is designed to identify and break through self-perceived limits. Through a variety of experiences that include adventure-based activities, lively discussions, interactive exercises, physical challenges and ongoing feedback, students discover their unique strengths, clarify their direction, and incorporate that learning into an individual leadership style. Students will design and present powerful experiential learning to others, learn to lead a life of purpose, and assist others in that same endeavor.
