Objective:

This program will prepare learners for a career as a Human Resources professional. Additionally, you can prepare to take the aPHR, PHR, and SHRM-CP certification exams with HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) and SHRM (Society for Human Resources) as the certifying bodies.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Develop a broad understanding of human resources practices, especially in the areas of compensation and benefits, training, and staffing.
  • Understand OSHA rules governing employee health and safety.
