Description

Objective:

The course objective is to develop professional women in all stages of their careers through a values-based approach, using leadership as a force for good. Experts in their fields will present content and share resources that allow students to build strategic leadership skills, apply ethical decision making, cultivate resilience and confidence, negotiate and resolve conflict, develop a professional network, and build strong relationships through mentorship and sponsorship.
