Description

Objective:

The course objective is to enable the student to understand the types of insurance commonly written in the United States surplus lines insurance market, in which nonadmitted insurers (insurers not licensed in the insured's home state) are permitted to insure risks that cannot obtain coverage in the standard insurance market.
