Description

Objective:

This course is offered through Coursera, which is an ACE Authorized Instructional Platform.

The objective is this course is to learn the art and science and business of product management while preparing for the PM interview. Students will gain insights to impress on their first (or next) product manager (PM) role, systematically attacking each type of PM interview question by watching two live PM interviews (one Google, one Amazon) with real-time feedback.

Learning Outcomes:

  • cultivate product sense by learning how elite PMs work backward from their customers using personas, interviews, journeys; PRDs, PRFAQs; MPVs, market sizing, and competitive analyses
  • practice technical skills associated with basic PM technical interview questions asked by Amazon, Google, and Microsoft
