Description

Objective:

The course objective is to design and construct statistical processes for the control, monitoring, and improvement of business processes and manufacturing operations.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Design a process control scheme
  • Conduct statistical analyses and evaluate alternative charting approaches, sample sizes and sampling frequencies
  • Utilize SPC techniques in making recommendations for process capability and process improvement
