Within the Department of Veterans Affairs is the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) which houses the department of Human Capital Services and the Training Management & Performance Improvement (TMPI) Division. TMPI provides outstanding products and support services throughout VBA's comprehensive training lifecycle.
