Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) Intelligence Training Enhancement Program (ITEP) is a performance-focused training and education program formerly provided by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). This program is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies of Marine Corps intelligence personnel and other supported members of the operating forces. ITEP provides sustainment, career-progression, and mission-focused instruction addressing evolving intelligence requirements across analytic, planning, collection, and operational domains. The program integrates Marine Corps training standards, Intelligence Community practices, instructional systems design, and subject-matter expertise to develop relevant and measurable performance outcomes. Through Regional Intelligence Training Centers, mobile training teams, and virtual learning environments, ITEP delivers responsive training ranging from individual skill development to collective training, practical application, exercise support, coaching, and mentoring. The program emphasizes critical and creative thinking, analysis, problem solving, communication, and the application of intelligence tradecraft to realistic operational challenges.
