Description

Objective:

The course objective is to explore the principles and practices essential to effective leadership within healthcare organizations. The four units—Healthcare Delivery, Management and Leadership Concepts and Theories, Managing Resources, and Management Considerations in Providing Care—equip students with the knowledge to navigate the complexities of modern healthcare systems. Students engage in reflective, analytical, and project-based assessments that reinforce learning and promote real-world application. Healthcare Management prepares students to manage resources, lead teams, and contribute meaningfully to quality care delivery in diverse healthcare settings.
