Apply Now to Join the ACE Learner Success Lab
February 11, 2021

After successfully launching a pilot cohort, the ACE Learner Success Laboratory (LSL) is now accepting applications for Cohort 2, which will begin work in October 2021.

As institutions continue to navigate the challenges posed by COVID-19, the Learner Success Lab process offers an opportunity to integrate pandemic response with longer-term strategic planning for learner success. The LSL is designed as a comprehensive change management process that emphasizes agility, resilience, equity, and evidence, all of which will be essential during recovery from the current crisis. Expert advisors will guide institutions through a process of self-assessment and strategic planning, designed to improve learner outcomes such as completion, career exploration, and workforce readiness, particularly among traditionally underrepresented learners.

Individuals from participating institutions will have three meetings with their cohort peers over the course of eighteen months, receive two site visits, and submit a final report to institutional leadership by spring 2023. Throughout the process, they will have access to ACE resources, networking opportunities with their peers, and a slate of subject matter experts representing learners, various types of higher education institutions, and employers, to aid in their work.

Institutions wishing to learn more about the LSL or submit an application can do so by emailing LSLab@acenet.edu or by visiting the LSL webpage. Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until May 15, 2021.  Space is limited and ACE anticipates strong demand again this year, so apply early for fullest consideration.
